This document outlines the terms, policies, and community guidelines for Spark Caribe Tech services and The Spark League™ co-working club. By engaging with Spark Caribe Tech, purchasing services, or participating in the community, you acknowledge you have read and agree to abide by these provisions.
Spark (Ad Hoc Support): $65/hour, 10-hour minimum ($650 total).
Ignite (Standard Retainer): $2,450/month for 40 hours (10 hours/week).
Full Blaze (Deluxe Retainer): $4,650/month for 80 hours (20 hours/week).
Digital Products: are priced as listed at purchase and are non-refundable.
Please Note: retainer packages secure dedicated hours each month for your business. This means those hours are blocked out and unavailable to other clients. Due to the commitment of providing services, refunds are limited; however we do offer a pause policy to provide flexibility while maintaining fairness to all clients and our business.
All payments are due in full before work begins.
Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in the "Cancellations Policy"
Retainer work is billed monthly in advance.
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, unless otherwise stated under "Pausing Services"
Spark Package (Ad Hoc)
Payment is required upfront. Non-refundable once work begins.
Ignite & Blaze Packages (Retainers):
14 days’ written notice required before the next billing cycle to cancel or pause services.
Cancellations receive a refund of 25% of the total retainer cost if cancelled within the required 14 days notice period.
Example: Cancelling an Ignite retainer ($2,450) with proper notice = $612.50 refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of approval. The exact time funds appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Pausing Services: clients may pause services for unused hours to be redeemed within 90 days.
Digital Products:
Non-refundable.
Once a purchase is completed, access to the product is granted immediately and it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review all product descriptions and previews carefully before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
Spark Caribe Tech collects personal information only for service delivery, billing, and community engagement purposes.
Data is never sold or shared with third parties without consent, except as what may be required by law.
Data Deletion Requests
Members can request deletion of their personal data by emailing [chasma@spark-caribe.tech]
In your email Subject Line, please write "Data Deletion Request - YOUR NAME" In the Body, please include the email address used for communication, purchases and/or access to the Co-Working Club.
Please allow 7 days to process and confirm data has been deleted and removed from our records/cloud.
Respect: Treat all members with professionalism and kindness.
No Overt Spam or Self-Promotion: Be mindful to share value before promoting and use designated opportunities i.e. Wednesday Wins.
Confidentiality: What is shared in the community stays in the community. By joining, you agree to a Mutual NDA between yourself, other members and Spark Caribe Tech.
Engagement: Participate actively in discussions, accountability check-ins, and workshops.
Conduct: Spark Caribe Tech reserves the right to remove any member for inappropriate behavior, breach of guidelines, or non-compliance.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability: Spark Caribe Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or community participation.
Rights Reserved: Spark Caribe Tech may update these terms at any time with notice to clients and members. We do our best to practice due diligence to update members of changes via direct email, contracts, and online.
